Students spend the school year finding an event that best fits their interests, skills, and knowledge to prepare for and compete at the State Leadership Conference. Most events can be worked on throughout the school year, so determining their event early is the key to success. FBLA members attend State Leadership Conference to compete in over 75+ leadership events and be contributors to their future by attending workshops and exhibits.
