Jenna Lindsey, President
Jenna Lindsey attends Huntington High School and is honored to serve as your 2025–2026 WV FBLA State President! FBLA has been her passion since she first joined in 2023, and she couldn’t be more excited to be a state officer. She previously served as her chapter’s Communications Officer and Treasurer, and she is currently serving as Chapter President.
Beyond FBLA, Jenna is also an active member of DECA, where she serves as her chapter’s Vice President of Leadership and has placed at the state level. She is also the Senior Class President and an involved member in the Honors Program, Upward Bound, and National honor society. Jenna is deeply engaged in her school and community and is committed to academic excellence. She has interned with top executives from major companies such as Disney, Universal, Under Armor, Meta, and ESPN, and she is ready to bring the leadership skills she gained from these experiences to WV FBLA.
Additionally, Jenna works over 25 hours a week as a server. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends. She looks forward to serving as your WV FBLA State President and connecting with others who share her passion for FBLA! -
Savannah Wilkins, Vice President
Savannah Wilkins is honored to serve as your West Virginia FBLA Vice President for the 2025-2026 year! Last year, she proudly held the position of State Treasurer and is excited to return for another incredible year as a state officer. A member of the Class of 2026 at East Hardy High School in the Eastern Panhandle, Savannah had the unique opportunity—alongside Mrs. Losh—to help launch and participate in the new West Virginia FBLA Virtual Chapter this past year.
Savannah has represented West Virginia FBLA at Nationals for two consecutive years in public speaking, attended multiple National Fall Leadership Conferences, and actively participated in both the State Fall and State Leadership Conferences. FBLA has provided her with unforgettable memories and meaningful connections with members from all over the state and country.
Beyond FBLA, Savannah stays active in her school and community. She serves as Spanish Club member, Junior Class Treasurer, Student Council Secretary, National Honor Society Secretary, and Reporter for the Kessel White Eagles 4-H Club. She’s proud to have earned her Charting pin in 4-H, along with her Greenhand and Chapter Degrees in FFA.
She is a regular attendee at Moorefield Church of God and enjoys spending her free time at the beach, hiking, reading classic literature, and shopping with friends. Academically, Savannah is in the top five of her class with a 4.6 GPA and takes great pride in her achievements, including competing at Social Studies Fair Regionals and State, making the High Honor Roll, and earning a place on the Dean’s List at Eastern Community College.

Sophia Austin, Secretary
Sophia Austin, of Grafton High School, is proudly serving as your 2025-2026 West Virginia FBLA State Secretary. She has been an active member of FBLA since her freshman year and has served her local chapter as Secretary and President for two terms. Throughout this time, Sophia has excelled competitively placing first in the Future Business Leader, Public Service Announcement, and Introduction to FBLA competitions in West Virginia, alongside various other achievements and honors. Outside of FBLA, Sophia is extremely involved in her school and community. She takes pride in her academics, where she is enrolled in an abundance of Honors and Advanced Placement courses. Along with that, she is also a Career Technical Education completer in the principles of business sector, a Microsoft Skills Associate, and NOCTI certified in business management. Sophia finds joy engaging in various school and community organizations: West Virginia IORG (Grand Worthy Advisor), Grafton High School YLA (Historian), National Spanish Honor Society (Secretary), Youth in Government, National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, and her Church’s Women’s and Youth ministry programs. She is also a varsity athlete, participating in Track and captaining her Cross Country team. When she is not engaged in any of these many activities, Sophia enjoys traveling, reading, trying new foods, and playing piano- which she has played for 10 years. Sophia looks forward to bringing all of her many talents and experiences to West Virginia FBLA and to a wonderful term of office growing FBLA, networking with members, and making lifelong memories. Lorelei Costlow, Treasurer
Lorelei Costlow, a senior scholar and athlete at Brooke High School, is honored to serve as your 2025-2026 West Virginia FBLA Treasurer.
Lorelei is an active 3-year member of FBLA and the current Brooke High School Chapter President. Locally, Lorelei has served on her chapter’s executive board and competed in 3 State Leadership Conferences, placing in 5 events, and winning 3 State Championships. Outside of FBLA, she is Class President, Key Club President, NTHS Vice President, SkillsUSA Vice President, and an active member of National Honor Society, DECA, HOSA, Bruin Leaders, FCA, and the OVAC Varsity Board. Lorelei has received her bronze and silver academic pins. As a student she has received her NOCTI certification in accounting and finance. Athletically, Lorelei has been on the Lady Bruins Soccer and Basketball teams for 3 years and was honored to be selected as varsity basketball captain this season. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, doing community service, and watching sports.
Lorelei is honored to serve as your State Treasurer and looks forward to a successful term. Kelli Shearlock, Parliamentarian
Kelli Shearlock, a rising senior from Wirt County High School, is eager to serve as your WV FBLA Parliamentarian.
Kelli has been an active member of FBLA for five years, serving as her chapter's Treasurer for one term, and is currently in her second term as secretary. Out of her five years in FBLA she has competed and placed in the top four at the state level four times. She also has helped set up and run three local conferences and plays a major role in helping her chapter with community service. She is an honor roll student and a proud member of the National Honor Society. Outside of her academic pursuits, Kelli is a varsity track hurdler, this role has taught her the importance of perseverance and teamwork.
In her free time, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling to North Carolina. She also volunteers at Kingdom Kids, a local Christian daycare in her hometown, where she helps make a positive impact on young children’s lives. FBLA has had a significant impact on Kelli’s life, helping her grow into the person she is today while providing a strong sense of belonging. She is excited to connect with all of you! Caroline Stead, Historian
Caroline Stead is a distinguished senior student at Grafton High School in Grafton, West Virginia. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication through her involvement in various school organizations and competitions. In the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 academic year, Caroline served as the Vice President of Grafton High School’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter. Her leadership contributed to the chapter’s success, including securing first place in the Public Service Announcement category at the West Virginia FBLA State Leadership Conference alongside her teammate, Sophia Austin, second place in Introduction to Business Presentation with Sophia Austin, and fourth place in the Public Service Announcement with Natalee Cartwright.
Caroline’s achievements extend beyond FBLA. She represented West Virginia in IORG (Grand Hope), National Honor Society, National Hispanic Honors Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Young Life. She is an athlete participating in swim, majorette, and track. Her dedication to both high school swim and summer swim league has secured her the coach and captian of the Grafton Gators swim league and co-captain of the Grafton High School swim team. She is a lifeguard at the Grafton City Municipal Pool. Caroline Stead exemplifies the qualities of a well-rounded student leader, making significant contributions to her school community through her leadership roles and competitive successes.Caroline looks forward to the excellence with WV FBLA this year.
